Only the last command does what you specifically want.

Basically, you make a disk.info for your ramdisk, and you put it somewhere on
your harddrive (in this example, SYS:Stuff/ names RAMDisk.info), so on every
bootup before Workbench kicks in the icon is placed in RAM:

IMHO, (contrary to what the other message on this subject says) I don't
believe theres any decent other way to do this. If you want to reposition the
ram disk icon you just snapshot it on Workbench and then copy it over whatever
file you copy the ramdisk icon from each bootup. Boom, 5+ steps shaved off.

Also, since I disliked the default ramdisk name, I relabled it. Which is
arguably more important than the icon's appearance.
